⇨ I have a B.A., as well as an M.S. in Communication. I live and breathe by my research, and my exceptional ability to transform that research into something that my audience can relate to and understand. I've written more research papers than a single army should write in a lifetime. I am very comfortable writing about a wide range of subjects because I'm so confident in my research skills.

⇨ I write on a freelance basis for our Alternative News Weekly in Jackson, Miss., the Jackson Free Press, so I'm more than comfortable working under deadlines and in a journalism format. I also completed a HUGE side project for them which required a lot of leg work and a lot of deadline pressure.

⇨ I'm comfortable and experienced at conducting any interview on the phone or in-person. As part of the recent project I worked on, I interviewed CEOs, presidents, directors, the biggest companies and most influential people in Jackson, Mississippi.

⇨ I've worked as an ad agency copywriter for 3+ years, so my versatility as a writer is one of my best skills and assets. At one time or another, I've written just about every type of ad copy you'll find out there.

⇨ In a previous position, I handled all public relations for 7-8 clients. Not only am I experienced at writing press releases and other promotional material, I have lots of practice dealing with the media, and can distribute your news release if you don't have the means.
